Since 2005, I have had the pleasure of guiding clients as they experienced the breakthroughs necessary to remove the obstacles that seemed to limit their ability to soar. After earning my BA & M. Ed at University of Arizona & Northern Arizona University, respectively, I spent the next 10+years  providing capacity building development, evidence-based training, strategic planning, and grant writing services in the Mental Health and Prevention Education industries. Most recently, I expanded into the Healthcare & Startup sectors. I founded Mended Wing Consulting in 2018 because I felt it was important to have someone who understands the needs from a direct service and leadership level. With this experience, I was able to build relationships with some of top talent in this sector allowing for a unified community reaching for one common goal which is providing holistic support to every organization we have access to.
